Creating a proxy vote for your representation at the annual HOA meeting will give the HOA Board of Directors the ability to establish a quorum of the residents. Please establish a proxy vote for the annual HOA meeting with the Board of Directors, whether you plan to attend the meeting or not.

• Leaving the proxy “designee” blank will indicate that you have authorized the HOA President to vote on your behalf.

• If you assign a designee, please ensure they are present at the meeting.

• If you attend the meeting, your proxy will become invalid, and given back to you when you sign into the meeting.

The proxy shall terminate and become null and void 90 days from the date entered into the form below, so please complete the form only when you know the date for the next annual meeting, and it is less than 90 days from the meeting date.

This digital proxy grants the Designee the authority to act on your behalf at the annual meeting of the Wynwoods Landing Homeowner’s Association, and any adjournments thereof. By leaving the designee information blank, I authorize the Wynwoods Landing Board President as my proxy.
